The joint stock company Stim Tools a.s. is continuing a long tradition of Strojimport sales group 26, which specialised in exporting and importing tools, instruments and measuring devices. After it became independent in 1993, Stim Tools a.s. gradually expanded its activities to include wholesale and retail on the domestic market.

In the last few years the company confirmed its position as an important importer in the traditional area of Czech mechanical engineering and gradually built up its position on the domestic market.

The aim of Stim tools a.s. is to provide its customers with a comprehensive package of services related to deliveries of our suppliers' products. We provide our business partners with the maximum possible extent of technological and technical service.

Thanks to its focus on expanding the company's production base and close co-operation with dozens of other producers in the field, today Stim tools can offer its business partners comprehensive supplies of tools and instruments for various technological lines, in particular for metal machining. The company's price list today contains around 10,000 items in the main groups: drill bits, cutters, lathe tools, lathe chucks, wood tools, measuring devices, burrs, circular blades for metal saws, reamers, fixing tools and castings.

Stim tools a.s. exports tools, instruments, measuring devices, machine tools and castings to 62 countries around the world. Annual exports are worth around CZK 500 million. The company's customers include trading companies and end users. The largest customer is Germany, which consumes almost half of all exports. Other important business partners include Italy, Slovakia, Portugal, Poland, Spain, Hungary, Great Britain and Norway. Stim tools' traditional markets also include Asian, Arabic and Latin American countries.

In this country our customers are both large mechanical engineering companies and small users, which we can satisfy thanks to our operative warehouse inventories.

The company has been certificated in accordance with ISO 9000 since 1999. The company was successful re-audited in accordance with CN ISO 9000:2000 in 2002..
